We started out with the traditional interactive audiovisual media, then we adopted the Internet, and we learned from the hits and misses of the new economy.

Our strategy in that field highlights three major changes undergone by the Internet: productivity, user knowledge
and development of online channels.


With the new media such as the broad band and wireless devices, the information society will reach a critical mass audience and new lines of business will open in which user behavior knowledge and process automation tools will have critical value.
